Consisting of a framework of industry expertise, the Alliance is committed to sharing best practices to guarantee customer experience regardless of location.

The Alliance will provide a sole-source solutions approach to a global audio and video systems integration by providing greater simplicity through a consolidated service operation.

Customers will receive increased gains in operational efficiency by having a single global contact for design, engineering, integration and ongoing maintenance of their technology systems.

The Global Presence Alliance brings together technology and services from around the world to enable new and existing customers a means of creating worldwide strategies to:

With 14 member companies operating in all the major trading regions of the World, the GPA supports customers who operate in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Japan and Australia. Our three regional leaders in the GPA have responsibility for the Americas, EMEA and APAC, and each regional partner leads the charge in assisting with full global coverage for the service areas in their domain. To establish trusted international partnerships, the GPA reviews company credentials, reputation, financials, and further seeks to qualify potential suppliers with extensive interviews of manufacturing partners, key stakeholders, and customers.

The GPA model ensures that product supply, integration services and support is provided in country and coordinated regionally and globally to ensure compliance to standards and service level agreements.
