Have presenters submit presentation materials before the event through Sharp’s Advance Presentation Submission service. Now, presenters can proceed directly to their assigned meeting room and begin speaking. Once their allotted time is up, the next presenter takes the stage and begins their presentation in the same, convenient manner..

How do we do it?
Partnering with our friends at LoadingDock, our Advance Presentation Submission service combines the simplicity of e-mail and the power of an FTP server – without the limitations of either. Senders require no username or password. There’s no limit to file size. And, the system is completely secure.
Further, presenters may submit files as often as they like. Each time a submission is made, an e-mail notification is sent confirming the receipt of materials by Sharp’s Audio-Visual. The rest is up to us… it really is that easy!
